Salon Policies
No Refunds
I do not offer refunds of any kind, with no exceptions. In case of client dissatisfaction with service received, I am happy to schedule an edit within 14 days of the original date of service.
Cancellations
I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, I respectfully require 24 hours notice for cancellations or changes to the service scheduled. If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged 50% of the cost of the service scheduled. Same-day cancellations (which are considered 12 hours or less from the appointment time) will be charged 100% of the cost of the service scheduled, with no exceptions.
No Call / No Shows
If you do not show up on the scheduled date and time of your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the cost of the service scheduled. No refunds will be given and no exceptions made.
Tardiness
I have a 15-minute lateness policy. If you are running late, please text to let me know. Should you arrive beyond 15 minutes late, I may not be able to perform the service scheduled in its entirety or you may have to forfeit your appointment completely and you will be charged 100% of the cost of the services scheduled.
Credit Card Required
A credit card is required to be kept on file to schedule an appointment. I require 24 hours notice to CANCEL an appointment. In the case that 24 hours notice is not given for a cancellation/rescheduling, I reserve the right to and will charge the credit card on file.
